I’m Sarah Theimer, the proud owner of ENVISION EXCECUTIVES.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

After running a successful enterprise in San Diego for two years and spending two years in France, I returned to the US to work alongside my business partner Julia Davis. She introduced me to event fundraising management in September 2021.

While learning the fundamentals of fundraising with Julia, who is a selfless leader, I received tremendous support from my wife, who decided to jump on board.

Within a month, we built massive momentum, which allowed me to open a new office for the premium charity. 

My next milestone is to grow my team from seven to twenty people in the next three months while motivating each member to transform and reach their full potential.

Therefore, I invest in developing my employees and giving them a hundred percent of my focus as I believe teamwork makes the dream work. I also try to impress on them that they can achieve any goal in life if they just put their mind to it.

To empower people to maintain a positive mentality, I strive to lead by example, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my accountability, transparency, and intensity. 

My work ethic has already enabled me to nurture a talented go-getter to open their own branch office. I’m expecting to promote a minimum of five executive managers by the end of the year.

It just shows that in this field, you definitely get out what you put in, which is rewarding. As the boss, I also like having complete control over what and where I spend my time. 

When I’m not raising money, I’m an adrenaline junkie and love extreme sports and water activities, including water-skiing, wakeboarding, kite-surfing, and jumping out of a plane. I’m also environmentally conscious and support organizations that clean the ocean.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things that matter to me and how they influence how I do business.
